Refund, Cancellation, and Course Access Policy

Cancellation Period

Students may cancel their enrollment within three (3) calendar days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided they have not accessed any course content, modules, videos, assessments, downloads, or instructional materials.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to JCRS Hair Academy within the three-day cancellation period.

Access to Course Materials

Upon enrollment, students are granted access to proprietary educational content, which may include:

Because access to these materials is provided electronically and can be viewed, downloaded, or retained by the student, tuition is considered earned once course content has been accessed.

Refund Eligibility

No refunds will be issued after:

Failure to complete the course, failure to submit assignments, inability to pass assessments, change in employment, change in personal circumstances, or lack of participation does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Payment Plans

Students enrolled through a payment plan remain responsible for the full tuition amount outlined in their enrollment agreement.

Withdrawal, inactivity, failure to complete coursework, or voluntary discontinuation of the program does not release the student from their financial obligations.

Course Extensions

Students who are unable to complete the program within their enrollment period may request an extension.

Extension requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by JCRS Hair Academy.

Additional fees may apply for approved extensions.

Administrative Exceptions

JCRS Hair Academy reserves the right to issue refunds in cases involving:

Any exception granted shall be at the sole discretion of JCRS Hair Academy and shall not establish a precedent for future requests.
